We could not have carried out our mission successfully without the support of our amazing volunteers. With their support we are able to keep our operating and summer academy costs to a minimum. As a result, more than 90 cents of every dollar donated to SOAR directly benefits our youth. 3. Hear Back from SOAR for Youth Regarding Next Steps (In Person Interview)
4. Download and Complete SOAR Request for Live Scan (BCIA-8016)
5. Fulfill Live Scan Request at Local Police Department or Live Scan Office
